Camino Park, Gatwick, West Sussex

Camino Park is a 25 acre (10.1 ha) business park close to Gatwick Airport.

This greenfield site was purchased from The Commission for the New Towns in a joint venture with Pearl Assurance. Enabling works included new highway infrastructure and a two acre balancing pond to cater for surface water drainage.

The completed scheme includes a 210,000 sq ft (19,510 sq m) Automated Processing Centre for the Royal Mail, a cold storage centre for Northern Foods Group and warehousing facilities for Shell UK and Evans Cycles.
